2. Eligibility for Refunds
Eligible for Full Refund:
- Requests made within 30 days of initial purchase
- First-time purchasers of a specific plan
- Technical issues preventing access (after support attempts)
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Requests made after the 30-day window
- Violation of Terms of Service
- Abuse of the refund policy (repeated purchase-refund cycles)
- Pro-rated refunds for partial month usage (after 30 days)

4. How to Request a Refund

Step 2: Confirmation
We will respond within 24-48 business hours to confirm your refund request.
Step 3: Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank)
5. Cancellation Policy
Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime before your next billing date
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No refund for unused time in current billing period (after 30-day window)
- No automatic renewals after cancellation
Annual Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime during the year
- Access continues until the end of your annual period
- Full refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase
- No pro-rated refund after 30-day window
Founder's Circle (Lifetime)
- One-time payment - no recurring billing
- Full refund if requested within 30 days
- Cannot be cancelled after 30 days (lifetime access granted)
6. How to Cancel Your Subscription
Method 1: Through Your Account
- Log into your Keys, Codes & Modes account
- Go to Account Settings
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
Method 2: Contact Support
Email contact@keyscodesandmodes.com with "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line.
7. Billing Errors and Disputes
If you notice any of the following:
- Duplicate charges
- Incorrect billing amount
- Charges after cancellation
- Unauthorized charges
Contact us immediately at contact@keyscodesandmodes.com with "Billing Issue" in the subject line. We will investigate and resolve the issue within 48 hours.
8. Downgrades and Upgrades
Downgrading
- Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refund for the difference in plan cost
- Access to higher-tier features continues until downgrade takes effect
Upgrading
- Changes take effect immediately
- Pro-rated credit applied for unused time on previous plan
- New billing cycle starts on upgrade date
9. Special Circumstances
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues preventing access to the Service:
- Contact support first - we'll work to resolve the issue
- If unresolved after reasonable support attempts, refund may be granted regardless of 30-day window
Medical or Family Emergency
We understand life happens. In cases of medical emergency or family hardship:
- Contact us to discuss your situation
- We may extend the refund window or pause your subscription
- Handled on a case-by-case basis with compassion
10. Fair Use Policy
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, including:
- Repeated pattern of purchase-refund cycles
- Downloading all content then requesting refund
- Violating Terms of Service
- Evidence of fraudulent activity
